About Us
You're exhausted from simply coping.
You deserve more than feeling 'just okay.'
At Eos Health Center, we believe that life is meant to be lived fully, not just "managed." Named after the Greek Goddess of the Dawn, Eos represents a new beginning. We are here to help you move past the darkness of chronic stress, burnout, and physical depletion, and into a life of vitality and balance.
Treating the Whole Person, Not Just the Symptoms
Life has its challenges, and while traditional talk therapy is a vital tool, sometimes it is simply not enough. At Eos Health Center, we support you as a whole person. We understand that mental and physical health are inseparable, and that true wellness goes beyond a collection of symptoms.
By combining evidence-based psychotherapy with advanced neurological support, we empower you to improve not only your mental health but your physical well-being—allowing you to find your Even Keel and return to the life you love.
Innovation in Recovery
We are committed to the idea that true wellness requires an integrated approach. To support your journey toward genuinely feeling better, we have expanded our clinical toolkit to include advanced therapies that work in harmony with traditional counseling:
-
Mental Health Counseling: Compassionate, evidence-based support to help you process difficult times, develop healthy coping strategies, and foster emotional growth.
-
LENS Neurofeedback: A gentle, non-invasive tactical reset for a nervous system that has become stuck in survival mode or "high alert."
-
Low-Level Light Therapy (LLLT): Also known as Photobiomodulation, this advanced approach uses invisible infrared light to enhance tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and resolve the "energy crisis" often found in the brain after injury or chronic stress.
Whether you are a first responder navigating the "short fuse" of high-stakes work, an athlete recovering from injury, or an individual seeking emotional stability, we are here to support you through the difficult times and help you reclaim the life you’ve been missing.
Welcome to Eos. Let’s start your return to resilience.

Why We Practice What We Preach
I'm Samantha Green, the founder of Eos Health Center, and my life's story is a testament to the power of integrative care. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I've dedicated my career to helping others, but it's my own journey with chronic illness that truly drives our mission.
I was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions in high school. My health worsened through my early 20s, but I refused to give up. By completely reshaping my diet and lifestyle, I was able to reclaim my well-being and ignite a passion for holistic health.
I know firsthand that true healing requires integrating the mind and the body. That's why Eos isn't just a clinic—it's the integrated practice I needed when I was sick, built to help you reclaim your well-being, too!
Meet The Team

Samantha Green, LMHC
Founder/Owner
I provide a common-sense approach to the unique 'always-on' demands of police, fire, medical professionals; and new mothers . I understand that for you, stress isn't a feeling—it’s a physiological state that impacts your sleep, focus, and family life. Using a combination of clinical tools and LENS Neurofeedback, I help you 'reset' a nervous system stuck in high-alert. We focus on objective results: lowering reactivity, breaking the burnout cycle, and building the operational resilience required to do the job effectively and leave it at the station when you go home.
